The BlackBerry Visor Mount VM-605 that we saw at CES 2009 has finally been released by RIM. This new product offers consumers a wireless, handsfree solution for listening to music and taking calls. The Visor Mount speakerphone includes a visor mounting system, which is quick and easy to mount in whichever vehicle you choose.

Was it really two months ago while I was waiting in concourse B for my transfer between flights for my trip back to Baltimore from CES? While walking around during my 2 hours of boredom between flights, not only did I have a really good chilli dog from the food court, but also I had the opportunity walk by the "Under Construction" storefront for the now opened BlackBerry retail store. Wireless Giant is behind the opening and according to Wireless Giant's CEO, Isaac Hanna, "At this store, customers will be able to select from the widest variety of BlackBerry smartphones and accessories and trained specialists will be available to answer their questions."

This is only the second such BlackBerry store in existence with the other surviving in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The store in Michigan has been around since December 2007, so hopefully Wireless Giant can take some more chances in other airports to create more specialty BlackBerry stores.

The $659.99 Unlocked contract price is pretty hefty but it could be worse.
